Wymagania:
- bachelor's degree (e.g. Surveying, Civil Engineering)
- strong technical background and some experience in a Sales/Dealer environment
- comprehensive knowledge of customer applica- tions in the Surveying Ground segment
- ability to work and communicate effectively across a range of different cultural environments and within a multicultural team
- very good communication skills
- fluent in English (spoken and written), Russian language skills would be a plus
- willing to travel extensively
Zakres obowiązków:

- deliver the sales targets and ensure that the set objectives in terms of turnover, volume, market share and gross margin contribution are achieved
- coordinate, support and monitor the sales processes and activities of all products related to the segment
- build and implement customer - focused strategies and programs though the distribution channels
- evaluate the best dealer channels in cooperation with the Regional Manager
- monitor on a monthly basis performance of dealers and assure achievement of the objectives
- review target settings and action plans related to the segment
- drive profit management and create action plans to improve profitability
- develop and ensure the competencies to sell our products and solutions by organizing and conducting sales and product trainings
- develop and maintain the product positioning matrix for all products related to the segment
- perform market analysis & monitor competitive activities
- be aware of market trends and guide the regional managers
- coordinate, support and monitor the sales processes and activities of all products related to the segment
