For one of our clients, an established high quality Swiss manufacturer of contemporary furnishings for home or commercial clients, we currently looking for:
Market and Business Development Manager (B2B)
Location: Mazowieckie

Duties:
- Take on responsibility for building workspace solutions and direct project business in Poland,
- Lead the team with 2 persons and developing the staff in the future,
- Responsible for the achievement of the set targets,
- Support for Global Accounts clients,
- Develop contribution with partners in private and public sector,
- Bringing new business to the company through brand awareness activities among key opinion leaders,
- Market analysis,
- Create short-term strategy and execute it,
- Implementation long-term strategy for Polish market.
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of sales experience with the corporate client (preferably form the furniture industry)
- At least 4 years of management experience,
- Higher education,
- Experience in working with key account management and a solid network in Poland,
- Fluent communication skills in Polish and English (also German would be an advantage),
- Self-confident, open-minded, energetic, highly motivated with a positive attitude,
- Capability to work independently and lead a team,
- Commitment to long term project sales processes,
- Understanding of short term business opportunities.
