In our facility in Niepołomice we are desigining, manufacturing and testing engine controllers and cabinets.
Join our Operations team as Manufacturing Engineer.
Provide manufacturing expertise to solve difficult problems and continuously improve our manufacturing organization and/or supply base.

Planning production processes for assembly and test of electrical devices, documentation and co-ordination of complete processes and installations for production

Initiating and implementing new processes and tooling to improve quality and productivity

Supports the manufacturing floor for any process related questions

Supporting and training production personnel in process related issues

Creates and maintains process documentation

Implement engineering changes
-
Creates cell layouts and process improvement initiatives, may design fixtures and production tooling, etc…

Uses Six Sigma and lean tools to improve processes

Reviews and approves design/detail of new designs for producibility

Leads multiple projects
-
Process and update work order documentation
-
Adheres to applicable Quality System requirements

Checking on new technology and methods for their use and improvement potential

Routinely updates management on status of projects

Represents the company with our customers

Provides advanced technical solutions
-
Engineering degree, preferable in Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical engineering
-
Preferable 2 years and more experience in manufacturing or process engineering

Knowledge of SMT and THT processes as well as IPC standards is an advantage
-
Knowledgeable in Lean, 6sigma, Kaizen, Kanban is an advantage
-
Knowledge of CAD tools will be an advantage
-
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work with people

Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Complete understanding of applicable manufacturing processes

Good command of written and spoken English
