Mandarin Speaking Paid Internship in the Operations Department

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Participate in the delivery of online training program in China
- Support conducting calling sessions and provide personalized feedback for the participants of the training program
- Report to direct supervisors regarding the pace of progress, issues that emerge, and feedback gathered from the client
- Support the rest of the team
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Availability and commitment for a total of 30-35 hours per week
- Advanced command of Mandarin (min. C1) - precondition
- Good level of English – (B2)
- Knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Power Point, Word) – precondition
- Good communication and writing skills
- Experience in any student organization or work experience will be an advantage
