Your responsibilities
- Managing the team on a daily basis, including motivating, support and conflict resolution
- Manage business continuity plans within the team and within portfolio
- Assigning resources to new projects and managing PM resource demand & forecasting
- Project management at every stage of the life cycle, from definition of requirements to putting the product/service into use and closing the project
- Supervision over project costs in accordance with the defined budget
- Identification and active management of risks and issues within project portfolio – including intra-project dependencies, portfolio resource conflicts, execution challenges
- Stakeholder relationship and expectations management – primarily MB-2 level within all EU business units and MB-1
- Monitoring key portfolio KPI metrics and defining & implementing KPI improvement plans
- Direct management of large projects and programmes with strategic importance to organization
- Implementation and verification of measurable qualitative and quantitative project metrics
Our requirements
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles/tools and have proven results leading projects
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience related to project management including direct team supervision and performance management
- Significant experience in driving technology changes required, driving both business and technology initiatives preferred
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline, a Master’s Degree preferred
- Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priorities in a project and deadline-orientated environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- You must be open to travel internationally for a short periods
- Experience in Payments industry would be considered an asset
- PMI, Prince 2, Six Sigma, ITIL certification would be considered an asset
