Lufthansa Global Business Services (LGBS) operates as an international organization with a worldwide delivery structure providing business services in the areas of Finance, HR, Revenue Accounting, Management Reporting and Procurement for entire Lufthansa Group.
Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides operations, Krakow Center has also teams specialized in Process Management, Migration Support, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement.

Requirements:
- University diploma in Business Informatics, Informatics or similar disciplines
- Practical knowledge in Information Security Management and IT projects in international environment
- Very good knowledge of Information Security and data protection standards (e.g. ISO27001:2013)
- General understanding of IT infrastructure and strong affinity to IT
- Very good command of English
- Good command of German will be an asset
- Highly independent and systematic approach to work
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Openness to international travel (up to 50%)
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the CISO in the planning, implementation, monitoring and enhancement of the information security management system based on ISO27001 and LH internal policies and standards
- Plan and coordinate information security related topics in projects, processes and operations
- Point of contact for the LGBS business units for issues that relate to Group security, Group data protection, Group internal audit and Group IT risk management
- Administration of user accounts/permissions for areas requiring a high level of protection; ensuring such accounts and permissions are up-to-date
- Project management for information security related projects
- Monitoring and controlling of external staff (e.g. in audits or penetration tests)
- Identifying, rating and handling of IT-risks based on LGBS risk management policies
- Plan, perform and support awareness measures to increase the security awareness of LGBS staff
- Represent LGBS in information security related working groups on LH Group level
- Technical and organizational support of the LGBS data protection coordinator
