We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- support our divisional recruiting functions in operational and daily business matters
- provide insightful analysis of divisional hiring data and trends
- create high quality presentations to help us tell a story through data
- monitor and report performance against agreed measures to make sure we stay on track
- manage monthly cost reporting in collaboration with the business management team
- prepare meetings, events and offsites and follow up on actions items and deliverables
Your team
You’ll be working in the Talent & Recruiting Business Management and Support team in Krakow. We’re a small team working closely with recruiters and the business management team in Zurich. Our role is to support the global divisional recruiting functions in their day-to-day business. You will interact with the divisional recruiting heads around the world and work closely with the Reporting & Analytics team in Krakow.
Your experience and skills
You have: – experience in a role like this or in a similar field – strong analytical skills, reporting experience would be an asset – excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and maybe in German – advanced knowledge of office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) You are: – motivated by exceeding expectations (wow, that really looks great) – able to effectively prioritize, delegate and troubleshoot to support team deliverables – proactive, detail-oriented and can anticipate needs – not just focused on delivering, but always thinking about what we can do better
