Requirements:
- Academic graduate, MBA or equivalent program with focus on Reporting & Analytics management preferable
- 8-10 years of work experience with min 4 years of proven track record in managing teams
- Strongly familiar with SSC specific processes, strategies and performance management tools
- Very good general understanding of the processes in scope
- Reporting knowledge and experience with reporting solution services
- Very good command of English
- Good command of German will be an advantage
- Ability to promote shared services towards customers and employees, presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development
- Ability to work in virtual teams and remote management (across centers/locations or functions)
- Strong intercultural competence
Responsibilities:
- Manages delivery and operational performance (cost-efficiency/unit costs, high quality & compliance, talent attraction & retention, business partner satisfaction) of the Reporting Services in Cracow
- Involved in the overall management as well as in continuous improvement programs and driving automations
- Maintaining and developing the right strategic framework to achieve the goals derived from the overall LGBS strategy. Ensuring the design, implementation and updating of the overall strategy for Reporting Services regarding the overall organisational development / global delivery model assuring compliance and quality with lower costs and higher productivity
- Steering of efficient development of internal processes and organization. Steering and Controlling of the key performance indicators
- Leadership, Motivation and Development of the subordinated staff in the context of corporate management principles. Ensuring efficient organisational structure and process organisation in the area of delegation
