About this opportunity
Welcome to the Payment Services team. We add value by making sure each transaction of Nordea's customers gets safely to its destination, wherever around the world. As Management Partner you’ll play a valuable role in setting up and maintaining Payment Services' momentum of both daily duties ("run the bank") and improvements agenda ("change the bank")
What you’ll be doing:
- play active role in designing and driving strategy of the unit
- ensure abitious pace of driving the change agenda
- co-design and overlook tools to profesionally monitor quality and quantity of work and projects in Payment Services
- prepare strategic presentations for management
You’ll join an international, motivated team of payments experts focused on delivering highest quality services to our customers. The role is based in Gdańsk; Gdynia; Warsaw; Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- you have 3-5 years experience in leading projects, project manamgement office or consulting
- you are familiar with process management and optimization technics
- you have great communication and presentation skills
