Job description:
- Handling major incidents according to Service LevelAgreements
- Creating own business notifications for MajorIncidents
- Chair conference calls and act as an escalation pointduring major incidents
- Providing non-technical administrative support duringand after closure of the major incidents
- Facilitating and/orparticipate in daily operational meetings to review service outages and driveto service restoration, manage errors and remediation status
- Ensuring timely provision of agreed regular reportsand documents
Requirements:
- Very good English skills, both written and verbal
- ITIL Certification
- Knowledge of IT environment
- Awareness of Root Cause Analysis concepts
- Experience in producing necessary detailed documentationfollowing closure of the incident
- Ability to function relatively unsupervised as anindependent contributor or as a team member and to handle escalations in atimely and effective manner
- Experience in managing and collaboration with virtual teams
