Responsibilities
- verifies whether proposed solutions (on different levels) for given features are corresponding to what is needed by customer (taking into account interworking scenarios, exceptional handling, extensibility, alignment to long term strategy for given functional area)
- analyze interdependencies between features (from functional and coding POV) in order to streamline dependent features into work packages
- ensures consistency, i.e. common functional solutions in given area in order to decrease product complexity
- identifies and solves functional level conflicts in range of pertinent Requirement Area features
- participates in taskforces whenever high level and profound technical expertise is indispensable
- works closely with Product Owner Team by means of providing input for planning interdependent functionalities
- acts in advance of possible future functional challenges for L3 R&D Wro
Requirements
- knowledge of English
- broad knowledge of telecom market
- excellent knowledge of LTE and 5G/NR is an additional advantage
- special focus on Control Plane in eNB, RRM (Radio Resource Management), 4G-5G Interworking NSA
- proven Entity level Feature Specification experience (detailed knowledge of Nokia E2E feature creation process in the LTE eNB)
- proven experience in designing embedded systems
- good knowledge of design patterns used in telecommunication
- good interpersonal and networking capabilities & skills applied across all Development Units, Business Units and Nokia sites despite time and task pressure and cultural nuances (also in front of partners & customers)
- excellent written and oral communication in English

- 3GPP TS 36.x series with focus on 36.331, 36.413, 36.423
