Our Client is an international brand from financial services / investment area which expands significantly its business. Therefore, we are developing new structures in the centre of Cracow! Currently, to the Legal & Compliance department we are looking for a specialists who will be a part of Securities team.
Responsibilities on this position will mostly include processing of subjects related to Exchange Traded Derivatives and coordination as well as administration of Give-up Agreements. You will cooperate closely with portfolio Managers as well as Legal department and be involved in preparation/update of guidelines and procedures. You will take part in training in the company HQ abroad and be a part of an international team.
We are looking for Candidates with degree in finance related field, preferably in economics or financial markets with fluency in English. As you will work independently, you need to present excellent prioritising skills, pro active attitude and strong communication skills. Previous experience in banking or financial services organisation would be considered as an asset.
