Legal Documentation Specialist
The Successful Candidate will be responsible for support and facilitate the OTC-related business of Company with its clients in Europe, United States and Asia Pacific by supporting FX Sales, FX Prime Services, Relationship Managers and others through the negotiation, maintenance and management of typical FX Prime Services documentation and derivative master agreements. Timely execution and management of documents is crucial for Company PLC’s ability to trade when trading opportunities arise.
While working on this position you will have to prepare outgoing FX give-up designation notices according to business requirements and in cooperation with FX Prime Services Desk, action incoming give-up designation notices and ancillary documentation from start to end, negotiate and execute amendments to Traded Market Documentation including ISDA Master Agreement, Credit Support Annex, IFEMA, GMRA, GMSLA, FX Master Agreement, DRV, BSA in line with policies and manuals, Cooperate with internal departments (i.a. Sales Desks, Credit, Relationship Managers and FX Prime Services Desk) to solve legal or business issues and ensure that incoming and outgoing documents are executed properly. Your responsibilities will also include oversee the timely and accurately creation, maintenance and filling of appropriate records, databases, systems.
As Successful Candidate on this position you must have University degree in law or related and at least 1 year experience within finance or banking environment. Candidate must have a strong customer service ethic, demonstrates the ability to support operational colleagues, be a proactive and dynamic team player with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility and speak excellent English.
