The person we are seeking for this position needs to have a demonstrated track record in creating and implementing innovative approaches to talent management/development challenges and looking beyond conventional solutions to create impactful changes in the people management space.
Learning & Development and Talent Management Expert will own building relevant programs and initiatives in Poland. The person will closely cooperate with business and senior management in Poland and Lionbridge globally.

Responsibilities:

Proactively translate company business strategy into actionable plans designated to drive the cultural change and performance increase;

Identify and address learning & development gaps and opportunities, implement tailored programs for business stakeholders;

Create and tailor succession & career planning solutions to close talent development gaps tied to business strategies;

Create and run workshops/internal trainings for middle and upper management;

Provide insightful learning metrics and analysis to drive decisions about development programs;
-
Provide organizational design support to executives, managers and teams;
-
Budget planning and management, building ROI and cost justifications for executive level presentation;

Vendors management (HR consulting);
-
Take part in other HR projects (performance review, competency model, leadership, employees engagement), seek and share external best practices with business partners and HR colleagues in Poland and globally.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of HR experience required at relevant role in a demanding business environment;
-
Experience from IT/telco sector, consulting, Digital&Media sector, SSC/ BPO would be an asset;

Project management experience in managing projects within Human Resources would be an asset;

An independent, motivated team player with ability to articulate strategies and drive implementation;

Able to drive/influence issue resolution and proficient in stakeholder management;

Able to drive analysis and to recommend solutions;

Should possess great communication and interpersonal skills;
