Job description
- Organization and administration of internal and external training courses and other development activities
- Provide necessary training administration and logistics support
- Manage training courses and sessions using internal learning tools and databases
- Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to HR Learning and Development and client
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- Respond to queries received in generic mailbox
- Make sure that quality objectives of all administration activities are achieved
- Be the point of contact for the Client and respond to his queries in accordance with SLA and expectations
- Be the process owner of the main procedures and processes relevant both to end users and other team members
Position purpose
We are looking for a candidate who will be working as a HR Process Specialist for French client. Key purpose of this role is to provide administration support of all activities related to training & development. Successful candidates will be responsible for end-to-end administration processes as well as being point of contact for the French client and learners.
Candidate’s profile
- Fluent French communication skills (oral & written)
- Very Good English communication skills (oral & written)
- 1 year of professional experience in administration / HR / other business functions
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word,
- Good communication skills - excellent customer care and relationship-building skills, ability to solve issues
