Currently we are looking for a Learning and Development Process Specialist with French.
The jobholder will be responsible for the correct and timely Learning and Development data processing, according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality. The L&D Process Specialist will also interact with the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, ensuring proper resolution of L&D-related issues. Another key aspect of the job is the cooperation with other delivery team members, sharing knowledge and expertise, as well as making sure that all the necessary documentation is complete and up to date.
- Process L&D Administration requests
- Answer client’s calls and emails
- Process client’s queries and escalations
- Provide clarification of L&D policies and procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning; Disciplinary and Grievances
- Organise knowledge sharing sessions internal and cross teams
- Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- Annual Training Calendar & Event Set Up
- Set up and maintenance of Annual Training Calendar and training program catalogues
- Nominations - maintenance of nominations lists in cooperation with L&D Managers
- Registrations - maintenance of registration, waiting and cancellation lists, monitoring of courses fulfillment
- Joining instructions & preworks - initiation, coordination and informing delegates on pre-course preparation
- Feedback set up and evaluation
- Reporting
- Invoicing - External invoices processing, internal charges processing
- Bachelor degree
- Very good command of spoken and written French
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Experience in L&D/HR Administration
- Knowledge of process specific systems/tools (SAP, Taleo, TalentLink, Oracle)
- Attention to details
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members
