About the job
As Lean Consultant you will work in GSS Development Team. You will be running Lean projects with different organisations inside Arla (within Finance, IT, Procurement, Member Relations, Customer Service etc.). As a part of GSS Development Team, you will also support future growth of our centre.
- Support Lean agenda in GSS (mostly within Finance), e.g. Lean Assessment, problem solving sessions, improve performance management etc.
- Run Lean Academy and work with Lean Leaders and Ambassadors community
- Lead Value Stream Mapping, process mapping and feasibility sessions for organisations
- Develop Lean-Agile concepts, e.g. A3, Kaizen, etc.
Who are you?
You are well organised and outgoing person who is not afraid of facing frequently changing priorities. You like working with people, leading them through Lean journey and helping to achieve business goals.
- Have knowledge and practical experience of Lean tools and methodologies implementation
- Have some experience in running projects
- Preferably have some SSC or BPO experience (in any of areas: Finance, Procurement, IT, HR, Customer Service etc.)
- Like to learn new processes and new business areas and to work closely work with various stakeholders
- Speaks English fluently
