Skilled senior IT systems administrator or IT Leader with several years hands-on experience with Linux & Windows servers environment and team leadership. Network, virtualization, configuration management, scripting, user support and hardware issues handling are natural part of your everyday work. You feel also familiar with some software development tools and have motivation to keep them best aligned for software engineers and process by continuous improvement. You like working with people and taking role of servant leader to drive things forward. You do those tasks with satisfaction, sharing our belief in the agile values, by being motivated, focused, taking initiatives, and eager to learn.

- Team or project leading experience
- A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly RHEL, CentOS, Linux, Windows, Exchange and Citrix Xen server
- Good Experience of DHCP, AD, Exchange, WDS, WDT, WSUS,
- Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software,
- Hands on experience with virtualization, cloud IaaS/PaaS setup, data backup, Cloudstack or CloudPortal Buissness Manager, AWS, VMWare
- Knowledge of some software development tools like SVN, Git, TeamCity, JIRA, Confluence and will to learn more
- Knowledge of Python or PowerShell scripting is required
- MCSE Windows 2008 or later
- MCP certifications and or RHEL Certifications will be a big plus
- Security experience, ISO27001 will be a big plus
- ITIL v3 Certified will be a plus
- Drive activities within IT group as servant Leader
- Manage IT backlog and roadmaps
- Keep IT infrastructure up & running (servers, printers, services, licenses, etc)
- Site support to all Shared Technologies sites charged with Senior System Administrator in Stockholm
- Maintain, update, configure, improve software development tools, process tools, intranet portals, etc
- Develop solutions within IT group to improve software development process efficiency & easy-of-use
- Some travel to Stockholm will be required
