Your new company
For our Client, the world's largest company dedicated to industrial automation located in Katowice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of a Lead Project Firmware Engineer.
Your new role
Working on this position you will be a significant contributor to a next generation new product development responsible for the design, analysis, test and integration of Firmware for embedded communication and control modules. The position requires the proven ability to work with system, hardware, and firmware design personnel to create project specifications and execute through the entire development cycle.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of professional work experience in Firmware and/or software design and development. You will need university degree in computer science, computer engineering or electrical engineering. We are looking for candidates with experience in firmware development process and proven track record of following process. Moreover, the person on this position should be capable of delivering high-quality C (or C++) code in a real-time embedded environment and familiarity with web tech (Angular JS, JS). In order to be relevant candidate you need to have experience in code collaboration tools and design reviews. Due to work in international environment, we are searching for candidates with excellent communication skills, along with the ability to read, write and speak English fluently and with people at all levels. You will need also ability to travel internationally (10%).
