About the Team
We are establishing a new Product Support Team based in Gdańsk that will focus on providing a quality product support service to customers of Thomson Reuters – Corporates/TAP business
About the Role
Primary Responsibilities:
Act as a Point of Contact in TAX, Accounting or Financial Audit related queries during conversations with UK Customers/Content/Product/Development Teams
Supporting first-line Team members with TAX/Accounting/Audit knowledge
Responding to and solving queries raised by our customers during their use of our applications, responding to customer by phone, e-mail, or case comments.
Concisely and accurately document support request information, paying particular attention to problem description, resolution, user reaction and follow up action.
Interact with colleagues to resolve customer issues effectively and timely.
Use internal resources as needed and escalate issues.
Maintain up to date product knowledge of all supported products.
Create and update Knowledge Base Articles (KBA).
Essential Skills:
Have an excellent level of English (C1 or C2 level).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
UK TAX and Accounting knowledge ( eg Corporate Tax – CIT & Personal Tax - PIT) backed up by at least 5 years of professional experience
Experience or knowledge in financial reporting
Ability to effectively train others
Able to work as part of a Team.
Desired Skills:
Audit background.
Good software navigation skills.
ACCA, ACA or ATT qualification or pending studies in this field would be an asset especially with some experience with UK Taxation module
