For our Client – multinational, production company we’re looking for a Candidate interested in position of In-house Lawyer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and counseling on operational transactions; drafting, reviewing, negotiating and approving contractual commitments; drafting and negotiating major account/direct selling agreements, dealer agreements and related contractual documentation; and reviewing and developing procurement agreements for use with local suppliers. Other responsibilities include providing legal advice to CEE management and legal oversight of litigation, claims, employment law, competition law and other legal issues affecting CEE operations.

- Four to eight years of corporate and commercial law experience working in a law firm and/or in-house with a multinational corporation in the manufacturing or commercial sector.
- Polish and English business-level fluency required.
- German fluency desirable but not required.
- Significant experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex commercial transactions.
- Experience with European data privacy issues desirable but not required.
