Unity Five Ltd are looking for a new talented developer, with staff leadership experience, who will play a key role in establishing the new office and building a great Polish team. Reporting to the UK limited travel to head office would be required.
You will make a significant contribution to the design, development, implementation and support of business critical applications. As a Lamp Developer, you will have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Ambitious and self-motivated, you must have the desire to bring fresh ideas to the table. An interest in technology is also key.
There are great chances of progression within the role – hard work and good performance is recognised and rewardedLAMP experience essential, iOS, android and or UI/UX experience would be great, but not essential. A good proficiency in written and spoken English is expected.

- Building and leading the Krakow team and working with the head office to deliver projects on time within budget
- Working with clients and/or team members produce detailed project specifications.
- Design, develop, implement and support of business critical applications.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders on existing and new projects.
- Gain a full understanding of back end functionality of existing products and assist the team with maintenance and development as required.
- Assist with design of mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure optimization and functionality.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Assist with technical support including some out of office hours cover.
- Other tasks as reasonably requested by management.
