Aufgaben im Überblick:
Erster Ansprechpartner für die Kunden des Shopping-Clubs per Telefon und E-Mail
Hilfestellung und Beratung zu allen Angeboten, Produkten und Marken
Beantwortung aller Fragen rund um den Bestellprozess
Verwaltung der Kundendaten im System
Was wir erwarten:
Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationstalent mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift, Polnischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Kommunikative Englischkenntnisse
Erste Erfahrungen im Call Center oder in der Kundenbetreuung
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen PC- und Internetanwendungen
Begeisterung für Mode im angebotenen Produktbereich
