Aufgaben im Überblick:
Erster Ansprechpartner für die Kunden des Shopping-Clubs per Telefon und E-Mail
Hilfestellung und Beratung zu allen Angeboten, Produkten und Marken
Beantwortung aller Fragen rund um den Bestellprozess
Verwaltung der Kundendaten im System
Was wir erwarten:
Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationstalent mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
Polnischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Erste Erfahrungen im Call Center oder in der Kundenbetreuung
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen PC- und Internetanwendungen
Begeisterung für Mode im angebotenen Produktbereich
Flexibilität, Verlässlichkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
