A Service Coordinator uses his or her sales experience and leadership skills to motivate service staff and the agent (the exclusive agent), handle administrative duties, and promote customer satisfaction. The Service Coordinator will support service and coordinate service-related activities.
Job Description
- We are looking for a Service Coordinator to provid the efficient service activity by supporting service, coordinating service activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.
- The Service Coordinator's responsibilities include supporting service, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
To be a successful Service Coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Helping the activity of the service team and the agent to improve their efficiency and ensuring all Service Representatives and agent provide high-quality service to the customer.
- Handling the urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging service dispatching dates.
- Making the service schedule.
- Handling inquiries email from the customer and agent.
- File so as to maintain service records, prepare reports for making the invoice, and provide to sales & service support team.
- Making the document for the customer.
- Managing the sharing equipment.
- Negotiation with the customer and agent the reparation, inspection, installation and other things schedule.
- Negotiation about the cost and schedule with the factory, group companies and the supplier regarding the repairing and etc.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
- Other tasks assigned by the Employer.
Requirements:
- Technical education
- Driving license. B
- Knowledge of the English language enabling easy communication
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work with the client
- Ability to organize and optimize your working time
