Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Very good English skills,
  • Analytical and numerical skills
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Command of MS Access/ SQL will be an asset
  • Command of MS SharePoint will be an asset
  • Command of Visual Basic will be an asset
  • MS Office Training delivery experience will be an asset
  • Systematic attitude to work
  • Strong communication skills – written & verbal
  • Self-motivated and directed, with attention to detail, dependable and punctual,
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate/ lead projects managed by Knowledge Management (i.e Process Documentation, Quality Control, Standardization, Certification, Trainers Academy, Internal Trainers Projects etc.)
  • Create optimized & automated LGBS solutions/concept
  • Promote MS Office knowledge by sharing/delivering workshops/ trainings
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams in the delivery of knowledge management contributions,
  • Assists LGBS to design, develop, integrate, and deploy knowledge management solutions
  • Monitor the projects, analyze the outcomes and implement amendments
  • Actively seeks for new projects opportunities by identify the improvement opportunities, improve efficiency, quality and reduce risks
