Knowledge Coordinator

Your Task
- Setting up a secure, structured, up to date, consistent and searchable knowledge database, identifying the best-suited tool to use and maintaining it
- Collaborating with our Subject Matter Experts and identified area specialists in terms of consolidating and updating existing knowledge pool
- Influencing the processes to ensure they are efficient and meet contractual standards (especially SLA), suggesting ways to improve
- Working closely with top management to ensure a high standard of knowledge
- Releasing new/flashes and regular ‘recent changes’ communications to the teams
- Advising on process related questions
Our Requirements
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Experience in knowledge management (setting up a database from the beginning, creating tutorials, documentation, workflow diagrams etc.), MS Excel and numeric skills as an asset
- At least basic IT skills (ability to understand technical documentation and processes)
- Proactivity, shaped achievement goal orientation, a structure in thought and work
