Provide guidance to subordinates about their work
- Before the plant is operating at normal levels, the Administration General Affairs/Facilities Supervisor performs tasks related to the general affairs duties listed below. After the plant begins to operate at normal levels, the Administration General Affairs/Facilities Supervisor supervises subordinates as they carry out general affairs duties and provides guidance about their work:
- Purchasing and managing use of uniforms, office supplies, consumable goods, office equipment, and thelike
- Sending and receiving parcels, mailitems, and documents; internal deliveries
- Duties related to damage insurance contracts and claims for damages
- Managing locker rooms, lockers, and shoe racks
- Handling visitors
- Managing the employee parking lot
- Managing lunch service sand catering of food and drinks inside the company
- Managing contracts, orders, and payments involving external vendors that provide electricity, water, phone, mail, security, cleaning, and landscaping services
- Controlling and handling waste generated internally
- Managing operations of vehicles, including company cars
- Managing internal information such as internal regulations
- Managing signatures of company representatives on documents intended for use outside the company
- Crime and disaster prevention
- Receiving employees seconded from overseas and employees on business trips, handling travel procedures for Poles
- Handling preparations, reporting to administrative organs, and handling storage regarding company statutes, minutes of general share holder meetings, and board of directors meetings
- Duties related to internal safety and hygiene
- Carrying out other tasks as instructed by superiors
- Daily implementation of 5S
- The Administration General Affairs / Facilities Supervisor performs tasks related to the following facilities management - relatedduties:
- Supervising construction - related orders for the construction and equipping of the plant, based on internal standards
- Supervising managers responsible for buildings, adjacent facilities, maintenance and inspection of transforming equipment, and repairs
- Performing general duties related to wiring, plumbing, water supply and drainage, and ventilation work on production facilities, as well as work on adjacent facilities
- Performing general duties related to the indoor environment of the plant (temperature / humidity, illumination, noise), namely proposing plans and managing the individuals incharge
- Carrying out other tasks as instructed by superiors
(Shall be understood to mean minor or incidental tasks related to the position being described)
- At least three years of practical experience performing the greater part of the tasks listed as “essential duties” above. Required or preferred?
- Experience working with three or more subordinates
