Our client is the widely recognized global pharmaceutical corporation, leader in many therapeutic areas, including Animal Health Division. The company develops, produces and commercializes innovative products and vaccines for animals – both pets and production animals.
Currently, for our Client we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Reporting directly to the Head of Production Animal Business, the person will promote the range of products for Poultry, within the defined territory, to achieve sales targets in terms of turnover, margin and market shares. Key Account Specialist will maintain a high level of customer service and promote the company, its products and activities at all levels within the market place.
Main Responsibilities:

Achieving the planned level of products sales in the given territory

Successfully building and implementing Key Customer Management strategies with identified Customers. Adjusting the operational plans according to the market needs

Conducting commercial activities based on the approved strategy and the allocated budget
-
Making trading decisions (price, terms and conditions) within the competence of the KAS
-
Providing customers with the necessary information about products via relevant promotional and technical materials
-
Working with regional industrial organizations of veterinarians and livestock farmers in order to build relationships with customers

Performing analysis of business on the subordinated territory through the study of trends and practices in the veterinary market

Monitoring competitive commercial activities carried out in the territory and reporting the collected information to the supervisor
Your Profile:
-
Degree in veterinary medicine or animal science
-
At least 2 years in the sales in veterinary products

Results and performance orientated

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

Communicator in both face-to-face and group settings with the ability to give effective presentations. Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to plan, organize and prioritize his/her own day and territory

A good level of IT proficiency (powerpoint, excel, word)

Good command in English – written and spoken
