Key Account Manager

Zadania:
- To achieve agreed sales targets and ensure that resellers are kept informed of fiscal business performance
- To provide monthly sales forecasts by product groups
- To manage all aspects of account relationships with key accounts resellers on the area including sales, finance, training, etc.
- To develop, implement and monitor Development Plans with reseller key accounts
- To assist reseller sales staff by regular field visits to drive sell-through
- To keep abreast of developments in the market and competitive activity advising management as appropriate
- To ensure that all required administration is carried out in an effective and timely manner and that all agreed procedures are complied with
- To ensure that personal knowledge of products and relevant technology is kept up to date
- Represent the Company at industry events, shows, exhibitions, which may involve unsociable hours and time away from home
- Key Account Manager with business experience in account management – min. 5 years
- Proven track record of sales and managing individual accounts. Experience of selling to Key Regionals / Distributors & Regional Multiples
- Track record in achieving budget and demonstrating good business acumen and strong financial skills
- Relationship builder, able to win the trust and respect of all internal and external customers
- Ability to develop existing and potential accounts
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of the consumer electronics market
- A good standard of PC literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to use relevant software package for effect reporting through all areas of the business
- Analytical ability to manage budgets maximising the return on investment and minimizing actual spend
- Ability to effectively implement sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to understand trade spending effectiveness (efficiency of promotional activity is preferred)
- Critical thinking skills and problem solving skills
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Self-starter, creative problem solver who is results focussed
