Over the last 30 years the company became a global reference in the party industry and today BELBAL balloons are sold in more than 60 countries. In 2015, the company was acquired by young entrepreneurs who are convinced that BELBAL still has a lot of untapped potential. Together with a team of 300 colleagues they work passionately at expanding the reach and the scope of the company.
- Establishing, maintaining and developing partnership relations with clients
- Searching for new customers and introducing them to regular service
- Coordinate the flow of information and timelines to solve complaints when they come
- Implementation of periodic goals
- Achieve year on year growth in both turnover and profitability, in line with the company business plan targets
- Preparation of offers and price calculations
- Monitoring and analysis of market data regarding the segment, consumers, competitors' activities and own product results
- Representing the company at trade fairs
- Cooperation with all departments in the company
- Taking care to maintain high efficiency and quality of work
- Taking care of the good image of the company.
You will perfectly fit the Belbal sales team if you have:
- Higher education
- Advanced English language skills (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Very good knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
- Ability to create long-term relationships with the client
- Analytical and strategic thinking ability
- Good manners
- Accurate, conscientious, punctual, teamwork
- Driving license. B.
