For our manufacturing facility in Gliwice, we are actively recruiting for Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Team at Johnson Matthey Battery Systems.
This role is responsible for maintaining and developing long terms relationships with the company’s key accounts whilst maximizing all sale, product and marketing opportunities.
- Ensure strategic account development plans are developed (objectives, strategy, funding, action plans) and continually updated in line with the current budget requirements and relevant information, including mutual objectives and performance reviews.
- Responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction, monitor operational performance and identify new opportunities.
- Manage day to day running of the key accounts to drive profitable growth and handle commercial negotiations for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
- Ensure that the knowledge of the key account and operational processes is captured, documented and regularly shared with Management / Sales / Customer Service Team.
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or relevant field.
- Professional experience in a similar role- min. 2 years.
- Fluent in English (C1) and Polish, German will be an asset.
- Preferably experience and knowledge in cordless portfolio.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, highly analytical and well organized.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
