Key responsibilities:
- Strengthen LEGO position in the trade and development of LEGO market share in Poland,
- Delivering on sales targets and plans with Customers,
- Achieving sales results through managing budgets, customer relations and close cooperation with Marketing, Field Force and Operations,
- Exploring new business potential with cooperation with NKAM.
The ideal candidate has:
- Master’s degree,
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience on similar position in FMCG working with Key Accounts with a proven, strong track record consistently delivering high performance and results,
- Strong planning and analytical skills with ability to work effectively under stress,
- Ability to work independently, set and follow up on own targets, focus on delivery,
- Outgoing personality and a strong team player with excellent communication and presentations skills,
- Ability to think “out of the box” and a desire to constantly develop skills & competencies,
- Fluency in verbal and written English.
