For our Client – an international company, one of the leaders in FMCG sector, we are currently looking for a Candidate to fill the position:
Main responsibilities:
- responsibility for overall business performance (turnover, profit, margin, market shares, sales fundamentals) of the assigned Clients and product category (cosmetics)
- strong participation in budget forecasting and portfolio management in regards to the assigned Clients
- high contribution to sales tactics and go to market strategies that are in line with the general business strategy of the company
- playing an integral role in account (hypermarkets) planning and management; develop and execute channel strategy, optimizing cooperation with sales force
- planning of Activity Program (together with Brand Management /Trade Marketing), monthly/quarterly forecast planning for the Group
- searching for potential business partnership within the Company Business Units and external companies
- ongoing search for efficiency improvement: rebates, KES, promotional in/output; regular visits at Key Accounts and relationship building
- continuous improvement; facilitating internal processes that might create an added value for the Clients
- cooperation and daily supervision of Key Account Specialists supporting the team of Key Account Managers
- tight cooperation with internal stakeholders in Poland and regional structures of the company
- ongoing market research regarding both, competitors and new business opportunities
Requirements:
- higher degree and fluent English
- practice in managing modern trade Clients in FMCG market segment
- good organisation skills; ability to lead and co-ordinate projects
- proven career path and performance record
- strong analytical skills
- high business awareness, goal-oriented person
- hands on attitude; engaged, positive and highly motivated person who is capable to inspire others to achieve spectacular results
