Key Account Manager Poland
Location: Poland, home based / Delicpol HQ
Job position description:
- UB in cooperation with Delicpol wants to develop direct relationships with Polish retailers. The Key Account Manager will actively sell UB’s brands to Polish retailers.
- The Key Account Manager will report into the UB regional manager Central & Eastern Europe and Delicpol Modern Trade Director.
- The role holder will work closely with retailers and internal UB functions such as NPD, technical, marketing, finance and customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop new business within financial targets.
- Define relevant objectives, strategies and plans in order to generate sustainable sales and growth.
- Keep an active communication line with retailers
- Safeguard the process of ordering, stock management and delivery rate to the retailer.
- Prepare marketing plans, trade marketing plans, training distributor sales forces.
- Prepare and execute marketing activities, budgets, promotional evaluations, market research and P2M projects.
- Execute BTL marketing support and commercial activities.
- A business professional with significant sales experience as an account manager in FMCG, preferably in confectionary segment.
- Proven track record of launching new product / SKUs or effective category management.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Commercial numeracy, strategic planning, communication skills, brand & marketing experience.
- Knowledge of Polish biscuit market will be an asset.
- Working in sales department of International organization will be an asset.
- An excellent standard of English.
