For our Client- privately-owned healthcare group, specialized in advanced wound care and OTC markets all around the world, we are looking for KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (Modern Trade).
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, Key Account Manager will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers. Assigned to customers from Modern Trade Channel, KAM will be responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives, representation the entire range of company products to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiate the annual contracts with the existing accounts: conditions, assortment, promotion, merchandising
- Manage execution of account agreements / contracts and perform visual audits of accounts
- Identify new sales opportunities, networking and closing new accounts.
- Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop high level relationships with commercial and non commercial accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations, proposals, plans, contract reports ...
- Solve problems in a professional way and manage risk to ensure achievement of targets
- Provide reports and analysis as required
- Develop timely and accurate forecasts (volume and spend) for assigned accounts and revise throughout the year
- Five years of experience in the FMCG industry within SALES function (experience on position of Key Account Manager),
- Good knowledge of French language,
- Proven experience in dermocosmetics products sales & marketing, distribution, OTC market knowledge will be an asset,
- MA degree and other recognized education on sales and marketing management,
- Work in international and multidisciplinary environment, experience with Modern Trade Customers is a must,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-confident, well-organized,
- Ability to work in cross cultural environment,
- Strong result driven personality, a high level of enthusiasm,
- Sales and communication skills are essential,
- Orientation on results
- Bilingual Polish – English, knowledge of French is an extra
