Key Account Manager (Alcohols/ Beverages)

Requirements:
- Degree in Commercial Sales or Marketing
- Min 3 years’ experience in direct sales (working with Hyper Markets)
- Native Polish and fluency in English (Hungarian is a great advantage)
- Basic wine knowledge (preferred WSET Level 2 or above)
- Strong track record in FMCG sales/ account management
- Experience B2B and B2C marketing strategy
- Ability to build rapport with customer via essential customer management & selling skills
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship management and business acumen
- High sense of analytics and complexity
- Exceptional customer focused and problem solving attitude
- Has the inner drive and ambition for development
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid category B driving license
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge of customers’ business models
- Strong project management skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the customer strategy and business plan for company’s products (wines, spirits, beers and syrups)
- Contribute to the achievement of sales and the targets as well as for the implementation and follow-up of the category strategies
- Coordination of selected category business plans in Poland, facilitate regional cooperation on selected categories
- Deploy and use marketing and sales promotional materials and programs, coordinate direct promotion programs and facilitates activities
- Strong liaison with Hungarian business support from Marketing, Customer
- Marketing and related functions and Sales in order to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth plan
- Develop optimal integrated promo plan (incl. selling the plan to the customer) and manage promo investments
- Responsible for short term forecasting process (financial & promotional)
- Manage the continuous cooperation with the Customer including negotiating trade terms and investments according to company’s strategy
- Monitor Customer performance by tracking business performance and market share for the given categories, collect market insights
