We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to join us and fuel our continued growth.
Based in Krakow, Poland, the Junior Web Developer will work in a global team with the industry's sharpest and most experienced marketers, consultants and sales teams.
As a Junior Web Developer in our team, you’ll be working on everything from landing pages, small websites, internal web applications, scalable back ends and custom APIs. You’ll work closely with marketers, writers, developers and designers to create high-quality compelling user experiences that will be used to support global and regional sales and marketing activities.
Master data. You’ll enjoy and feel comfortable working with data, creating and pulling reports. We’ll expect you to understand basic relational database concepts and have knowledge of the four basic SQL statements.
Create satisfying user experiences. You’ll be building professional, high-end HTML5/CSS3 webpages that will load at lightning speed and provide users with an engaging and satisfying user experience. We’ll be looking for you to become a master of this domain, which means following industry best practices in terms of code and usability.
Thinking mobile first. We know that mobile accounts for the biggest share of online experiences. Responsive Web Design is not a ‘nice to have’ but will be fundamental to your way of thinking and working.
Introducing new ideas and tools. We’ll expect you to learn about new tools and provide us with an educated opinion on how, where and when they can be used to help our clients.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals that will look to develop from Junior Web Developer to fully-fledged Web Developer within a period of 24-36 months. You’ll be surrounded by experienced web and mobile developers and designers, and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to learn new skills.

- Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3
- Basic knowledge of web programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP
- Understanding of basic relational database concepts
- An ability to confidently write the four basic SQL statements
- University degree in a technical domain or comparable education or relevant work experience
- Good CSS skills access browser and responsive web design technics
- Experience in marketing/interactive agency
- Basic knowledge of Adobe editing suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools
- Knowledge of Zend Framework 2, RESTful API concepts, client side JS frameworks (jQuery, Underscore, Backbone.js) and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap 3, PureCSS)
