- Manage shared mailbox
- Timely and accurately enter non-repetitive payments and credit advices in treasury workstation and banks
- Upload files in treasury workstation and banks for repetitive payments
- Contact business units regarding any issues with payment details
- Setting up new and maintaining existing counterparties in treasury workstation and banks
- Load prior day and current day bank balances and activity for corporate accounts and running reconciliation process
- Create, analyze, and set daily cash position
- Complete investments in treasury workstation, banks, and investment platform
- Provide standard reports to business units
- Research and respond to various inquiries from business units regarding cash related transactions
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures
- Confirm all wires successfully processed in treasury workstation and banks daily
- Save all relevant back-up documentation for daily cash position
- Special projects as assigned
- 1 year of experience in a similar role/function would be an asset
- Fluent Business-level English (C1 or higher)
- Spanish or French on at least B1 level
- Customer service oriented
- Proficient communication skills
- Computer literate and technically savvy – ability to rapidly acclimate to new operating systems
- Capability to operate in fast-paced dynamic environment
- Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Team-player
- Worked in a banking background is a plus
- Ability to work overtime if needed
- Work in the international / outsourcing company, preferably in Call Centre/Customer Service environment will be an asset
