About the Role
In your role as a Talent Sourcing Partner, you are an expert at uncovering passive talent. In this role, you will:
Proactively collaborate with recruitment partners and hiring managers to understand the Engineering and Product world to find the thought-leaders and create excitement about our roles.
Build comprehensive sourcing strategies that enable recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to work effectively together to drive results.
Search strategically for talent, beginning with market mapping and gathering intelligence, creating highly targeted candidate shortlists.
Deep dive into the market going beyond Linkedin searches, building out a deep, nuanced understanding of the candidate pool.
Create a tailored and customized outreach that engages talent across multiple channels by focusing on the candidate's needs.
Collaborate with a like-minded team who are all passionate about Sourcing best practices. We learn and share to help everyone continually improve on our Talent Acquisition team.
About you
You are a fit for the role of Talent Sourcing Partner if you have:
First-hand experience within a Talent Sourcing role, recruitment research, executive search, or as a full-cycle recruiter in the technology domain.
Insatiable curiosity to truly understand the business you are supporting and diving beyond a job description to find complementary skills and technologies.
Invigorated by meeting and exceeding hiring & outreach targets.
Logical and organized thinking that allows you to build projects iteratively over time.
Demonstrated understanding of how to research talent markets, develop, and execute against a plan to engage highly relevant talent for immediate and future roles.
An excellent level of English (C1 or C2 level) is essential. Other European languages would be valuable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Talent Acquisition technologies (CRM and ATS) like Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
Proven experience with creative, out-of-the-box innovative strategies to attract quality talent.
Passion for getting into advanced sourcing approaches such as x-ray, advanced Boolean, networking, complex internet searches, market intelligence, talent mapping etc.
Proficient in classifying market trends and sharing competitive/market intelligence with partners.
Ability to develop strategic working relationships with Recruitment Partners, Hiring Managers and other partners built upon profoundly understanding your business.
