We’re seeking a Graduate Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team to support our hiring ambitions across the region. This is an entry-level role (ideal for a recent Graduate with an interest in pursuing a career within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources), in which you’ll get to become an expert in all aspects of Talent Acquisition Coordination. You’ll get to learn from experienced Talent Acquisition Professionals and receive ongoing coaching and support to develop in your role – all within an exciting international and purpose-driven business.
You’ll become part of a Global Talent Acquisition Function (of over 80 colleagues worldwide) working across Coordination, Sourcing, Branding, Operations and Recruitment Partnering roles, and our wider People Organisation working alongside our colleagues in HR, Social Impact, Reward and Benefits. About the Role
Our Talent Acquisition Coordinators are the ‘backbone’ of our team - supporting the key talent acquisition processes that enable us to be successful. The scope of the role includes providing interview scheduling support across the region (acting as a key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates) and managing both the candidate offer and pre-employment checking process. You’ll also assist with recruiting report preparation and ad-hoc projects as needed.
About You
To be successful in our Graduate Talent Acquisition Coordinator role you will likely have:
- An interest in developing your career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- Excellent prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent level of English and Polish (C1 level) is essential
- Any prior Talent Acquisition Coordinator experience would be an advantage (but is not essential)
