We are looking for a proactive and a customer-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a “can-do” attitude who will join our Talent Acquisition Team in Krakow office!
- Administration of the full job requisition cycle in the system, from requisition creation to its closing
- Cooperation with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners on job requisition details
- Setting up and overseeing the requisition Approval Flow
- Posting of job advertisements at both internal and external sites
- Using SAP HR to check HR structure and complete respective HR data in the requisition
- Cooperation with HR Admin teams regarding offer and contract preparation
- Point of contact for LMs, HRBPs, TAPs and candidates on system issues (TalentONE – recruitment module)
- Supporting with Job Fairs organization
- Scheduling of interviews with candidates
- Reporting from TalentONE system
- Supporting with organization of assessment centers
- Proactive. You’re not just solving the tasks you are given, you always think ahead
- Collaborative – You are eager to share, collaborate, and contribute to the team
- Customer-oriented with focus on delivery. You easily put yourself in the shoes of the customer, are good listener and communicator
- Positive and have a “can-do” attitude
- Fluent level of English
- Bachelor degree
- Previous work experience in an international company would be an asset
- Fixed-term contract (approx. 1 year) in a reputable global company
- Flexible working hours (possibility to start work between 7 – 9 am)
