Our ambition in Subscription Department is to exceed customer expectations. We provide support to the world's leading dental supply companies, small- to large scale dental laboratories, leading hearing aid manufacturers and more. We need enthusiastic colleague to help us serving this constantly growing customer base and achieve our goals.

- Provide support to our customers and other 3shape subsidiaries by both: phone and email
- Handle incoming CRM requests and manage changes in ERP and other internal systems
- Support conversion of our customers to 3Shape online platforms for subscription renewals and other self-service options
- Contribute to 3Shape’s business by providing the industry’s best Customer Support
- Very good English knowledge, both verbally and in writing, other European languages would be an advantage
- Computer literate, knowledge of MS Dynamics AX would be an advantage
- Willing to learn, easily adjusting to changing environment
- Good communication skills
- Experience in international organization would be an advantage
