Openness to learn new things – technical vocabulary and issues from printing area,

Readiness to work on shifts (between 8 am and 18:30 pm),

Readiness to work on a daily routine as well as quickly adjusting to incoming tasks,

Previous experience in service desk/help desk,

IT background,

Technical competencies in the print service area.
- Diagnose tickets – IT quires containing technical problems - after training in Poland which will prepare you for the role,
- Filtering and qualifying IT service repair orders connected with printers,
- Ordering parts of printers via internal system,
- Contact with our technicians and customers (mainly via e-mail),
- Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow,
- On-going analysis and validation of data included in orders, on the basis of Hemmersbach procedures.
