Junior Service Delivery Manager

As Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:
- Initiation, conception and follow-up of national and international IT-projects for our renowned clients
- Management of teams of Technicians, Team Leaders, Service Desk Agents, Administration Personnel
- Supervision and control of the processes and the level of service contractually appointed (SLA, KPIs, …)
- Commercial and technical collaboration in a project team
- Recognize and implement the potential of optimization
- Calculations and reports relative to the project
- Support during the implementation of the project
- Resource and costs monitoring
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, management, economics or equivalent
- Practical experience in project management, preferable in IT field/services
- Determination, autonomy and personal motivation
- Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously and manage a heavy workload
- Fluency in English
Would be an asset:
- International professional experience
- Additional foreign-language skills (German, Spanish, etc.)
- Technical background and experience as IT support
