Job description:
• Monitor activities between the company and designated OpCos to ensure activities are in the Service Management agreement, managing exceptions through the change control and charge mechanisms
• Support CRLs in conducting periodic service reviews with OpCos, Process Managers/Team Leaders and identify, prioritize and resolve service gaps
• Monitor and report standard KPI"s and operational PPIs (including SM Reports, Benchmark, Process Performance and Efficiency) in collaboration with Team Leaders, Process Managers and other relevant stakeholders
• Analyse performance of designated OpCos to identify, prioritise and resolve performance gaps
Requirements:
• University degree preferably in Accounting, Business or Finance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in monitoring and reporting performance and service management measures
• Excellent business analytical skills to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement of service and customer satisfaction
• Good understanding of ERP Accounting Systems (SAP, Oracle), as well as of enabling Infrastructure (workflow, invoice management, etc.)
• A drive for continuous professional development in self and others
• Very good English language skills (level B2 at least)
