Junior Reporting Analyst
We are looking for a Junior Reporting Analyst, who will join Employee & Data Services Team in Krakow.
- Manage the reporting process from gathering requirements, designing report layout, and development/preparation of reports.
- Monitoring, identifying and commissioning rectification of Master Data issues in SAP
- Manage the integrity of HR organizational and personal data and escalate highlights any discrepancies
- Cooperate with Master Data & Reporting team in order to improve processes and the quality of data stored in SAP
- Actively participate in local or global projects within Master Data area
- Analytic. You know what lays behind the issues.

- University degree
- 0 - 1 year of customer care or other working customer-oriented experience
- Good MS Office (especially Excel) knowledge
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good ability to present the data
- Ability to work within a multicultural, international environment
- SAP HR knowledge will be a plus
- CSOD knowledge will be a plus
- Qlik Sense knowledge will be a plus
- VBA, Python knowledge will be a plus
- Statics knowledge will be a plus
- Stability of employment
