Junior Reconciliation Specialist with French
Location: Warszawa
Reconciliation Team ensures regular comparison of Client"s positions on funds. The role of Reconciliation Team refers also to identify any discrepancies and out of balance conditions supported by various reconciliation applications and follow-up on revealed differences until final resolution. Team is cooperating daily with internal and external parties such as other BP2S Teams.
Responsibilities:
- Trailer fees calculation and reconciliation based on agreements within deadlines
- Reconciliation of distributors positions based on Custodian statements
- Conduct root cause analysis in order to solve all discrepancies
- Responding to any query from internal or external Clients in relation to the activity and accordingly to operational procedures
- Creating opportunities to improve the overall process of reconciliation
- Close cooperation with BNP Paribas Headquarter in Paris
Requirements:
- Advanced French and English language
- Attention to details and analytical skills
- Ability to co-operate in team and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
- University degree or 5th year student (economy, banking, finance, accounting, managerial studies preferred)
- First experience in Fund Industry will be an asset
- New graduates are welcome
