Junior Project Manager (Software, ERP, Databases)

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field would be an advantage)
- Demonstrate experience with complex integration projects and systems
- Previous Project Management experience of ERP/ databases/ online or mobile applications
- Perfect English (both verbal and written) – to be used in communication with co-workers from 52 countries in EMEA region
- Possess a thorough understanding of the Agile Methodology, and have extensive experience managing technical aspects of a variety of projects for web and mobile applications including tablets
- Hands on experience in project management, specifically with Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of a variety of ERP systems and databases is a must
- Hands on previous experience with a number of vendors
- Excellent communication skills (very polished and professional)
- Solid problem solving skills with Excellent detailed project planning skills and ability to manage from a project plan
- Works with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives
- Highly Skilled in implementing standard and customized interfaces programmatically or with Interface Builder / Story Board in Xcode
- Experience consuming RESTful web services and JSON
- Experience with Exact Target tools and email marketing would be an advantage
- Demonstrate experience in coordinating development teams to deliver on brief, on time and on budget
- Experience in a variety of CMS systems would be an advantage
- Be comfortable in Test Driven Development environment
- Good technical knowledge, be able to learn new systems quickly, and will be equally comfortable talking with developers and business specialists
Responsibilities:
- Reviews, analyses, develops, and modifies system architecture and functional documentation for customized business applications
- Works with the EMEA team and Global product teams to support software projects from concept through implementation and maintenance including working on proposals, specifications, wire frames and site maps to help define the user experience for new software applications
- Detects, analyzes, diagnoses, reports and resolves problems and enhancement requests associated with a number of customized online applications & Mobile apps.
- Manages and monitors all activities for large, high risk, major technology-based projects from initiation to delivery
- Manages Projects cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines
- Works with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives
- Plans and directs complex program schedules and budget, monitoring project status in comparison to cost/time projections
- Verification of the feasibility of requested functionality and validation of support for business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures
- Review and track online/ mobile application trends for recommendations and implementation
- May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiency
- May serve as a lead by providing direction to less experienced technical project management staff while serving in a project leadership role
