Main accountabilities
- Managing IT & Telco Procurement category for Poland and Eastern Europe
- Cooperation with global procurement category Leads
- Sourcing IT & Telco suppliers for Poland and Eastern Europe Region
- Managing bids for the Region in IT and non IT related scope
- Complaint management
- Contract negotiation, verification and post-signing management
- Deploying global Service Level Agreements and Master Service Agreements
- Procurement process management for the category
- Cost optimization and providing saving initiatives for the Region
- Take ownership of certain process improvement projects
- Acting as subject matter expert for Eastern European Countries
- Coordinating team of junior specialists in IT &Telco category
- Understand and drive adoption of procurement policies and processes
- Reporting management
- Audit compliance
Candidate’s profile
- 4- 5 years of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing experience
- Bidding management experience – preferably for different localizations and departments
- Global team work experience
- Strong Client Relationship management
- Ability to work comfortably under pressure
- Proven ability to communicate, negotiate and influence at all levels
- Proven ability in strategic innovation and problem solving
- Project management experience - cross department/ country
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Fluent command of English (your duties will include participating in conference calls and correspondence with teams from all over the world)
- Skilled at building rapports, executive presentations for senior level management
- Independent in decision-making (as you will operate on budgets up to several thousand Euros)
- Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
